Hello, this is the Terms and Conditions page, and also where you will find the cancellation policy. Please take the time to read each point carefully before agreeing to them. This page is for anyone booking services and packages.
- To secure a booking, including the date and time of the event, full payment needs to be made, otherwise No artist will attend
- If the event is to be held outside, adequate shading, or shelter, and stable, dry ground, must be provided for the artist and equipment
- Adequate space of 2m2 needs to be provided for the artist, 1m2 per additional artists.
- Please be aware that face paint can leave residue on fabric, clothes, and also equipment including bouncy castles. Please inform the company or check their Terms and Conditions.
- Wackywoo reserves the right to cancel, without refund if at any time including during the event, if any staff or artists feel under threat, intimidated, abused, or harassed in any way.
- We reserve the right to charge if our products, and equipment is damaged, including fire damage or stolen.
- Face Painting is for 3 years plus.
- Hair Services are dependent on the individual customer and the quality of their hair, the artist has the right to refuse.
- Changes need to be requested at least a month prior to the booked date, including changes in activities provided.
Please make sure the venue is available before paying and securing the date and time, as well as check the venue , or private residents has adequate space for all the guests, the artist, and the equipment and displays. When choosing and booking a service, consider the weather that is normal for the time of the year and choose accordingly the best service.
